Are there referral commissions?
I have a couple of individuals looking for a home equity loan … I told them I’d look into it for them. I’d like to find a quality vendor, but if referrals commissions are paid out, I’d like to negotiate for that too.
How do I figure out what is a “great deal”?

1. This guy always wears the same leather jacket, his face is dirty, acne-ridden and stubbly.
2. He constantly stares at you. Even if a parent is there, he’ll stare but he won’t talk.
3. He follows you between classes and around classrooms.
4. He follows you when you go to the bathroom, then waits outside until you come out.
5. If you sign out to go to the bathroom, he rushes up behind you with a pass to get signed out too.
6. He’s always saying your nickname, even when he isn’t really talking to you.
7. He hangs out with your friends whom he doesn’t know, and they don’t know him. He even stalks one of them as well.
8. He flirts with you on a daily basis. even if you have a boyfriend, and he’s asked you out at least three times before.
9. If you have really girly smelling lotion, he asks to use it… Daily…
10. You try to ignore him, but he still constantly tries to talk to you.
11. He takes pencils and other ‘phallic’ objects, shoves them into your arm or where your elbow bends, and says, “insert… Insert!’
12. He keeps repeating himself. For instance, on his birthday he tells you six times, then tells all of your friends.
Or he seems really proud and shows off something trivial, like a new pen or a new pair of glasses.
Anyway, do you think any of that’s creepy or just really… Nice?
